Itinerary

Day 1

Today we head west as be begin our journey to West Virginia. We begin with a stop in Kutztown, PA for a riding BARN STAR TOUR. Discover the area’s charming historic barns, scenic countryside and rich agricultural heritage. Overnight stay at the HERSHEY LODGE RESORT with welcome dinner.

Day 2

Travel into Virginia today and visit AMERICAN CELEBRATION ON PARADE where history, culture, and festivity come together in a spectacular display of national pride. A behind the scenes look at a collection of spectacular parade floats, props, and memorabilia from some of America’s most famous parades and celebrations including those created for Presidential inaugurations. Arrive in White Sulphur Springs, WV and the luxurious GREENBRIER RESORT for a 3 night stay. The Greenbrier is a unique luxury mountain resort situated in the Allegheny Mountains that has been welcoming guests since 1778. Known as America’s Resort, this world class resort is a National Historic Landmark that has hosted 26 U.S. Presidents, celebrities and royalty from around the world and is home to a once secret underground bunker. Your resort stay includes 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners. The Resort does have a dress code policy. Please see back of flyer for details.

Day 3

Hop aboard the CASS RAILROAD GREENBRIER EXPRESS TRAIN for a scenic ride along the Greenbrier River through the beautiful Appalachian Mountains to the small mountain village of Durbin. Once in Durbin, enjoy a COLD CUT SANDWICH BUFFET LUNCH before reboarding our train for our return trip to Cass. Return to our resort for dinner.

Day 4

Enjoy a DAY AT LEISURE at our Resort where you can browse the unique boutiques, sit by the indoor & outdoor pools, relax at the spa (add’l fee), tour the President’s Cottage Museum, try your luck at the casino, enjoy afternoon tea, or simply stroll the beautifully landscaped grounds. More than just a hotel, The Greenbrier is a retreat celebrated for its history, architecture, hospitality, and more than two centuries of timeless elegance. Gather together for dinner.

Day 5

Travel to Pennsylvania today with an overnight stay at the HYATT PLACE BETHLEHEM in Bethlehem, PA. Farewell dinner tonight.

Day 6

This morning we’ll learn about Bethlehem’s rich colonial heritage on a guided tour of the MORAVIAN MUSEUM housed in the oldest building in town. Explore Historic Main Street for lunch on own and browse unique small business shops before we depart for home.

Payment Policy

DEPOSIT: $600 per person due with reservations: FINAL PAYMENT: March 10, 2027

Cancellation Policy

If a passenger cancels from deposit to March 10, 2027 fee of $250.00 pp; March 11, 2027 to May 12, 2027 fee of $600.00 pp; no refunds if canceled on May 13, 2027 or later unless a substitute is provided.

Trip Protection Policy

Trip Protection Coverage is strongly recommended. Trip Protection offers coverage for Cancellation for covered medical reasons, Interruption, Emergency Medical, Travel Delay, & more.

The AON/NTA Travel Protection Plan offers 3 levels of insurance: Basic or Enhanced or Enhanced with Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR).
