Day 1
Welcome to North Carolina! Motorcoach to Hartford/Bradley Airport. Fly to Charlotte, North Carolina. Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Charlotte before checking into the Drury Inn. Head to the legendary Charlotte Motor Speedway. Experience the excitement with the Feel the Thrill Speedway Tour, including the NASCAR Cup Series garage area, Pit Road, the Winner's Circle, and a ride around the famous high-banked superspeedway. From Charlotte to Asheville Travel through the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains to Asheville. Enjoy a guided city tour of Asheville and free time to explore the charming downtown shops, galleries, and cafés. Christmas at the Biltmore Estate Spend the day exploring America's largest home, the magnificent Biltmore Estate. Enjoy a self-paced audio tour through the lavishly decorated mansion, beautifully adorned for the Christmas season with glittering trees, garlands, and thousands of twinkling lights. The afternoon is yours to enjoy Antler Hill Village, browse unique shops, visit the Winery, or stroll through the estate's beautiful grounds. Holiday Traditions & Mountain Charm This morning, enjoy a fascinating glassblowing demonstration at Lexington Glassworks and holiday shopping. A festive holiday buffet lunch awaits at the historic Omni Grove Park Inn, beautifully decorated for the season including the famous Gingerbread House display. Travel to the charming village of Flat Rock for a private dinner at the unique Café on the Veranda, complete with exclusive after-hours shopping. Payment Policy
DEPOSIT: $500 pp due with reservations; FINAL PAYMENT: September 3, 2027Cancellation Policy
If a passenger cancels from deposit date to September 3, 2027 the cancellation fee is $400 pp; September 4, 2027 to October 20, 2027 the cancellation fee is $1500 pp; no refunds if cancelled after October 20, 2027. All cancellation fees are plus any non-refundable airline fees.

Trip Protection Coverage is strongly recommended. Friendship Tours offers Travel Protection insurance through two providers: NTA Travel Protection Plan and Travel Insured International. Travel Protection offers coverage for Cancellation for Covered Medical Reasons, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical Services, Travel Delay, & more. Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage can be purchased from either provider (see timing guidelines below) and will reimburse up to 75% of prepaid nonrefundable trip costs if canceled at least 48 hours prior to your trip for a non-covered reason. The NTA (AON) Travel Protection Plan is based on the cost of the trip and offers 3 levels of insurance: Basic, Enhanced, or Enhanced with CFAR. Emergency medical coverage is secondary coverage. The pre-existing medical condition exclusion can be waived by purchasing the Enhanced Plan or the Enhanced with CFAR Plan within 14 days of initial trip payment.
