Itinerary
Day 1
Board a deluxe motorcoach and head off for a 7-day adventure. Overnight in BANGOR, MAINE with welcome dinner.
Day 2
Today we cross the Canadian border into New Brunswick. Begin with a visit to St. Andrews-by-the-Sea to explore KINGSBRAE GARDEN, named one of Canada's Top Ten Public Gardens with 27 glorious acres, a Dutch windmill, alpacas, peacocks and over 50,000 perennials in many themed gardens. Travel along the Bay to SAINT JOHN, “The Fundy City” for 3 nights at the 4-STAR HILTON HOTEL, the only waterfront hotel in Saint John. Dinner tonight in the hotel.
Day 3
GUIDED TOUR of historic Saint John to discover nearly four hundred years of history. Learn about the personalities, places and events that have made Saint John the greatest little city in the east. Free afternoon to explore Saint John and the OLD CITY MARKET before dinner tonight.
Day 4
Experience a true natural wonder today, THE BAY OF FUNDY. See HOPEWELL ROCKS where the world’s highest tides have gouged four-story sculptures from the cliffs. At low tide, the Rocks look like giant flowerpots; at high tide, they disappear. Evening at leisure - lots of great restaurants and entertainment in exciting St John.
Day 5
Bid adieu to New Brunswick, cross the border and head for BAR HARBOR, MAINE. 2 nights at the ATLANTIC OCEANSIDE HOTEL. Situated on 12 acres of oceanfront property offering waterfront access to gorgeous Frenchman Bay. Dinner tonight in our hotel.
Day 6
GUIDED TOUR of ACADIA NATIONAL PARK, spanning 47,000 acres of Maine’s most beautifully-rugged landscape and seashore. Explore BAR HARBOR WATERFRONT, shoppes, galleries and restaurants. Hop aboard a LOBSTER FISHING & SEAL WATCHING CRUISE. LOBSTER DINNER in our hotel this evening.
Day 7
